There’s lots going on at Christ Church Fulwood for young children right through from before birth(!) to pre-schoolers, with plenty of biscuits to go around!

The aim is to teach these youngsters at an early age about Jesus, and to involve whole families in learning from the Bible. All helpers and co-ordinators have up-to-date CRB checks.

Sundays

On Sundays there are separate baby and todder crèches at the 9.15am service, whilst at the 11am service there is a combined baby and toddler crèche with experienced helpers.

“Seekers” has activities, songs, craft, and a simple story from the Bible. This runs at the 9.15am for 3 and 4 year olds, and the 11am service for children aged 3-5.

During the Week

During the week, parent and toddler groups run on a Monday, Wednesday and Thursday morning from 10 - 11.30, open to all parents and carers with pre-school children for craft, toys, refreshments and story-time.

“New Mums and Mums-to-be” is a group for pregnant and new mums on a Thursday morning. It’s a chance to meet other mums and get advice and information.

Men Behaving Dadly meets on one Saturday morning each month for dads and their children to socialise, play and eat bacon butties. 

Christ Church Fulwood also has a playgroup for 3-4 year olds which is OFSTED approved and staffed by experienced professionals.
