Slaters
We’ve played Dodgeball, made pizzas and pancakes, decorated T-shirts, battled with friends for quiz victory and even produced fairly reasonable artwork. All on wednesdays 4-5:30pm.
All are welcome and anything could happen at Slaters so keep an eye on the programme.
Whatever we end up doing though we are serious about Jesus and Slaters offers people a chance to really engage with what history and the Bible tell us about this man who claimed to be God. There is always a slot where we aim to take a sensitive and transparent look at the Bible and plenty of opportunity to chat about informally about what we hear. This term we a looking through the book of Exodus. It’s a great book in the Old Testament that shows us what God is like.
